Four preseason No. 1 teams are unbeaten and still No. 1. They are Buford (AAAA), Washington County (AAA), Greater Atlanta Christian (AA) and Aquinas (A). It happens only about once a year that a team will remain No. 1 wire to wire. Those don't include teams such as 2013 Norcross, which started and finished No. 1 but didn't spend every week on top.
