Etowah, led by medalist Nick Budd, won the 40th annual Larry Gaither Hardaway Invitation last weekend at Bull Creek Golf Course.
Budd, who has signed with Georgia State, had rounds 66 and 69 for a 9-under 135, leaving him two strokes short of the tournament record set by Brian Harman in 2005. Harman, now a winner on the PGA Tour, played at Savannah Christian.
Kevin Burns of Woodstock was second among individuals with a 140.
Etowah shot a team total of 593 to beat Marist by six shots. Two-time defending champion Columbus, the first-day leader, finished third at 604 and Woodstock was fourth at 617.
Etowah also counted a 152 from Jake Haggerty, a 148 from Caleb Jensen and a 160 from Grant Emery.
Marist was paced by Braden Jones (third overall) with a 143, Andrew Lafferty and Jack Warren with a 148 and Bo Sikes with a 160. Columbus was led by Nolan Miller with a 147.
