little movement in the rankings. Vidalia, which exited the polls in favor of Dublin a week ago, returns to the polls while Dublin exits.
Here's a look at the top 10:
1. Thomasville (22-1, 9-1 Region 1): The Bulldogs look as though they've assumed ownership of their league after two big wins week over then-No. 9 Early County last week and No. 2 Seminole County on Tuesday. They close out their regular season with Friday-Saturday back-to-backs on the road against Fitzgerald (11-8, 5-6) and Brooks County (9-14, 3-8), respectively.
2. Seminole County (18-5, 9-2 R1): The Indians went 3-0 last week with blowout wins over Pelham and Fitzgerald in league play, followed by A's Baker County. Top-ranked Thomasville beat them 70-52 on Tuesday, but they'll likely stand pat in the rankings so long as they take care of business at No. 10 Early County (18-5, 7-3) on Friday.
3. Crawford County (20-2, 11-0 R4): The Eagles look to close their regular season on a seven-game win streak with a win over Lamar Count ( on Friday. The went 2-0 last week with region wins over Monticello and Northeast and beat AAAA's Mary Persons on Tuesday.
4. Lovett (17-5, 10-2 R6): The Lions are currently on an impressive run lately, having beat KIPP, Wesleyan and then-No. 6 Pace Academy (in overtime) last week, followed by a win No. 9 GAC on Tuesday and Mount Pisgah on Wednesday. All were league wins except Mount Pisgah. Their regular season concludes with with road games against Hapeville Charter (9-15, 3-10) and Holy Innocents' (15-7, 6-6) on Friday and Saturday, respectfully.
5. Chattooga (22-1, 10-1 R7): The Indians beat Gordon Lee and Armuchee last week and Coosa on Tuesday. All were region wins. Their final league game is Friday at Darlington (16-7, 8-3) and their regular season finale is at AAA's Cedartwon (8-12) on Saturday. They've won 19 in a row, with their lone loss coming to Model on Dec. 1.
6. Manchester (18-5, 9-0 R5): The Blue Devils moved up a spot in the rankings and are on a 12-game win streak, including four in a busy last week when they beat Bowdon, Heard County, Bremen and non-region opponent Greenville. They beat region foe Chattahoochee County on Tuesday and close their regular season at home against Temple (18-3, 7-1) on Friday.
7. Pace Academy (13-9, 11-2 R6): The Knights dropped a spot in the rankings thanks to an overtime loss to No. 4 Lovett last week, though that's their only loss in their last five games, which include wins over Holy Innocents', Hapeville Charter, KIPP and BEST. Their regular season ends on Friday at home against rival Wesleyan (15-9, 8-5).
8. Greater Atlanta Christian (15-9, 10-3 R6): Somehow, the Spartans continue to hold a spot in the rankings despite losing three of their last eight to region rivals Pace, Lovett and even unranked Wesleyan. They did manage to edge Lovett 57-52 on Tuesday in a rematch from Jan. 9. Their regular season ends on Friday when they host BEST (1-14, 0-13).
9. Vidalia (21-3, 13-0 R2): The Indians return to the rankings and have won their last three dating back to last week, including double-digit wins over Jeff Davis, Groves and Toombs County. Their regular season finale is Friday at Bryan County (10-11, 6-7).
10. Early County (18-5, 7-3 R1): The Bobcats slipped a spot in the rankings thanks to last week's loss to top-ranked Thomasville. That capped a 2-1 week in which they achieved wins over league opponent Berrien and A's Randolph-Clay. They edged region foe Fitzgerald 82-80 on Tuesday and close their regular season with a home game against No. 2 Seminole County (18-5, 9-2) on Friday and a road game at Berrien (9-14, 0-10) on Saturday.
