Georgia Tech's newest piece of hardware is on its way. Friday, ACC senior associate commissioner Michael Strickland tweeted a picture of the 2014 ACC Coastal Division champion's trophy.

The Yellow Jackets earned it outright with Duke's loss to North Carolina Thursday night in Durham, N.C. Tech finished 6-2 in ACC play, its best conference record since going 7-1 in 2009. The six wins included four consecutive wins of 20 points or more against Pittsburgh, Virginia, N.C. State and Clemson.

The title also earned Tech a title-game berth against Florida State Dec. 6 at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C.
