COLUMBIA, S.C. – South Carolina Steve Spurrier was on hand for the school's pro day workouts on Wednesday.
Running back Mike Davis (Stephenson) had a strong workout while tight end Busta Anderson (McEachern) did not perform after suffering a minor hamstring injury on Monday.
Davis and Anderson both said they were invited to the Atlanta Falcons locals day on Tuesday.
Davis reportedly ran the 40-yard dash in 4.38 seconds and 4.45 seconds, but those times were not official. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.61 seconds at the NFL scouting combine.
"I don’t know where I’m going to get picked," Davis said. "You interview with a lot of teams, but you get drafted by the one team you didn’t meet with. So, you never know.”

Anderson has had a hard-luck pre-draft periods. He didn’t work at the combine after undergoing triceps surgery in December. He was recently cleared to work out before suffering the new injury.
“This was a big day for me," Anderson said. "But I’m trying to set up another workout for myself here in the next few weeks and hopefully, I’ll be healthy enough to do that here.”
In all, 17 draft-eligible Gamecock players participated in the drills including Damiere Byrd, A.J. Cann, Ryland Culbertson, Patrick Fish, Cody Gibson, Sharrod Golightly, Tyler Hull, Nick Jones, Kadetrix Marcus, Connor McLaurin, Sidney Rhodes, Corey Robinson, J.T. Surratt, Dylan Thompson and Brison Williams.
