ON HEAD COACH DAN QUINN: "I'm loving it. The energy is great. From the first meeting, the energy was going. The music was pumping. The excitement was there. He just wants to get everybody comfortable and let everybody know how we are going to do things. We're going to play fast. We are going to play physical. We are going to be aggressive. We are going to attack the ball. We are always going to be in that attack mode. I'm loving it so far."

ON ATTENDANCE: "We know what we are trying to do this year. Where we are trying to go and the work that we have got to put. That was surprising to me to see everybody here."

ON CONDITIONING: "I'm feeling good. I know that my teammates have been working hard as well in the offseason. For myself, I was working hard back home. I'm always trying to eat right and stay on a consistent schedule. I was doing things like Yoga and Boxing. Anything to be prepared for this year."

ON HIS BACKGROUND CHECK ON QUINN: "My brother (Marcus Trufant) played for him. I talked to guys like Walter Thurmond and guys like that. They've reached out and told me that he's a great coach. They told me that (we're) going to have a lot of fun playing for him. (We're) going to be free and (it's) going to be simple. (We're) going to be out there balling pretty much. I'm just excited. I can't wait to get out there on the field."

ON HIS POINT OF ATTACK FILM: "I watched it with my (defensive back) coach. They made point of attack tapes for us. Pretty much it showed what we were doing last year without even knowing it, that's what they are teaching this year. The things they would like to correct and they showed plays from where they've been on previous teams, like this is the base way how we want to do it. What I love about it so far is that it's not too complicated. It's just going to allow us to play fast. Of course, you're going to have to know exactly what to do. We are going to have to communicate and things like that, but just how free we are going to be and the simplicity of it, to allow us to make plays out there."

ON GOING INTO HIS THIRD SEASON: "It's flew by. I'm blessed to be in this position. I'm thankful and I'm just going to continue to work. I know I can . . . .I've had solid success so far in my two years, but I know that I can take my game (up) two or three more levels. That's what I'm working on every day."

ON BECOMING A LEADER: "I feel regardless of what year you are that you can be a leader. Leaders come in different sizes, shapes and form. For me, I've always led by example with my work ethic and I'm definitely going to continue to work on my voice, talking to the guys, always encouraging guys. Yeah, I'm going to take that on. That's a big responsibility, but I'm willing to do that."

ON HIS NEW POSITION COACHES: "Great impressions. You can just tell how excited they are to work with us and the attention to detail that they have shown. Actually, coach Marquand (Manuel) played with my brother in Seattle. That was the first thing he told me, 'yeah, little Tru, I've got you now.' I love it. I can't wait. The sky is the limit for us."
