PHOTOS: Popular slow-dance party marks anniversary with ‘Jheri Curl’-inspired event
Slow Drag a nostalgic party for fans of Black love songs, specifically ballads and slower-tempo tracks, celebrated its fifth anniversary with a special throwback event called Jheri Curl. The theme of this dance is 1980s ballads, funky grooves and dance records. Attendees were asked to dress in 1980s costumes and attire.
