It has become extremely rare to find airfare deals to Europe for under $800. But here are two deals worthy of consideration for budget travelers.

Zurich, Switzerland is priced at $776.20 on Aug. 26-Dec. 23 or Jan. 5-March 31 departures. This rate is valid on Friday or Saturday outbound and returns on Friday-Sundays. Add $30 each way for other days. Stay at least one Saturday night or up to 90 days. This deal is a United Airlines exclusive. The carrier serves Zurich with one flight connection in Washington, DC.

USAirways offers a deeply discounted rate of $792.90 to London when departing Aug. 26-Dec. 23 or Jan. 5-Feb. 28. Travel on Thursday-Sunday is $30 higher, each way. Stay one weekend or up to 90 days. USAirways serves London with one flight connection in Charlotte, N.C.

Sale airfares are always subject to change. Every seat on every flight is not offered at the lowest rate. Since only a limited supply of seats is available, act quickly to make your purchase.

I recommend starting the search for available seats at Kayak.com vs. calling an airline directly. You can also search for the sale at travel websites such as Expedia or Travelocity, etc.
