Disneyland parks spokeswoman Suzi Brown told KNBC that Monday's interruption was a "routine stop."

Brown would not say what caused the second stop.

The ride stopped on May 2 because someone pulled out a selfie stick, which the park banned at Disney World, Disneyland and Disney's Paris and Hong Kong parks in 2015.

KTTV reported that riders were stuck on the coaster for about an hour until the stick was confiscated.
