PHOTOS: Honoring Georgia country legend Bill Anderson
The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum celebrated the opening of its newest exhibition, "Bill Anderson: As Far as I Can See" on Thursday, Dec. 2, 2021. The evening included special tribute performances of hit songs written or co-written by Anderson, including fellow Georgian Trisha Yearwood performing “Once a Day.” The exhibition opens Dec. 3 and continues through March 19, 2023. Though born in Columbia, South Carolina, Anderson grew up around Atlanta and worked as a radio disc jockey while he attended the University of Georgia.
