A federal appeals court ruled in favor of the NFL on Thursday, so the Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott’s six-game suspension has been reinstated. For now.

National insider for the NFL Network Ian Rapoport joined the NFL Network Thursday to talk about the breaking news.

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell suspended Elliott in August after a year-long investigation into domestic violence allegations made by his former girlfriend. The league found he violated the NFL’s conduct policy.

Elliott was never charged and denied wrongdoing.

Elliott could re-file an injunction in Southern District New York.
