DeAndre’ Bembry’s speed and spryness on the court are making him more reliable with each passing game.

On Thursday night against the Cleveland Cavaliers, Bembry’s defense is what was noticeable. In the fourth quarter, he stole the ball and trampled down the floor followed by Jose Calderon and Kyle Korver, but was able to score on a layup.

Bembry’s score brought the score to 107-102 with the Hawks trailing with 8:27 left in the game.

The Hawks went on to lose Thursday’s game 121-114.

Bembry shot 3-of-4 from the field on Thursday, accounting for seven points, two rebounds and two assists.
