Former University of Georgia tight end Benjamin Watson is supporting the Bulldogs during their College Football Playoff run.

At the end of Watson’s press conference on Friday, the Baltimore Ravens tight end was asked if he had a Georgia T-shirt on under his Ravens jacket.

“It is,” Watson said. “I wear it like every day. And I have a Georgia backpack that I wear every day and that doesn’t change, you know? It doesn’t change because my degree says ‘BBA University of Georgia’, so whether we lose or win, (I’m) still a fan.”

Watson, a 14-year veteran of the NFL, was named the Ravens’ nominee for the 2017 Walter Payton Man of the Year award in honor of Watson’s impact on and off the field.

The Georgia Bulldogs will take on the Oklahoma Sooners on Jan. 1 at the Rose Bowl for the semifinal round of the College Football Playoff on Jan. 1 at 5 p.m.
