The follow-up to Mark Richt's explanation of how to get 10 bites out of a sandwich has arrived.

During Wednesday’s session of ACC Media Days, the Miami coach spoke about how to properly create a plate for Thanksgiving dinner.

Richt’s explanation, posted on Twitter by ESPN’s David Hale, included putting a quarter-stick of butter into a serving of mashed potatoes and cutting a piece of his mother’s spinach souffle.
