Twitter reacts: Browns become second team to go 0-16 in NFL history

The Cleveland Browns fell to the Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday sealing the Browns’ fate as only the second team to go 0-16 in NFL history, joining the 2008 Detroit Lions.

Twitter erupted with comments on the Cleveland’s season.
