Travis Hunter became the sixth player with Georgia ties to win the Heisman Trophy on Saturday.

Here is the list of local recipients for the trophy, awarded to the top player in college football:

George Rogers, 1980, Duluth High

Herschel Walker, 1982, University of Georgia, Johnson County High

Charlie Ward, 1993, Thomas County Central High
