Georgia Tech A-back Broderick Snoddy (offense), safety Isaiah Johnson (defense) and B-back Matt Connors (special teams) were named the team’s players of the week for their play in the Yellow Jackets’ 56-28 win over Pittsburgh Saturday.

Snoddy ran six times for 82 yards with touchdown runs of four, 34 and 28 yards. Johnson tied his career high with 14 tackles with a forced fumble and a fumble recovery. Connors plays on multiple special-teams units.

“I think he just broke some tackles,” coach Paul Johnson said of Snoddy. “He ran the ball hard and he got out in space and they bounced off him.”
