Defensive coordinator Todd Grantham will be paid $1.39 million by Florida during the 2018 season as part of his three-year deal, the Associated Press reported Tuesday.
The former Georgia defensive coordinator from 2010-2013 will be the highest paid assistant in program history, making $4.47 million over three years and will earn $1.39 million in 2018, $1.49 million in 2019 and $1.59 million in 2020.
Grantham, who was hired by Florida in November, served as Mississippi State defensive coordinator and linebackers coach last season after spending the three prior seasons in the same roles at Louisville.
