Toronto Blue Jays closing pitcher Roberto Osuna was arrested early Tuesday for assault of a woman and has since been released, according to a report by ESPN.

Toronto Police have released no other details regarding the incident as of Tuesday afternoon in an attempt to keep the victim’s identity from being released.

Osuna, 23, has a court appearance scheduled for June 18, according to The Athletic.

In his fourth season with the Blue Jays, Osuna has a 2.93 ERA in 15 games with nine saves.
