A panel of judges representing the Atlanta Track Club, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and other partners chose the five finalists in early February from a number of entries. The five finalists include four local artists and a student from SCAD Atlanta. One of the finalists, Cheryl Totty, also made it into the top five for last year’s contest.

Voting runs through March 22 to determine the winning design. The winner receives $1,000, and four runners-up, $100 each.
The winning design, which will be printed on a cotton-poly blend T-shirt, courtesy of Mizuno, will be unveiled at the AJC Peachtree Road Race on July 4.
