Ticket sales are approaching 50,000 for the men's soccer game between Mexico and Paraguay on May 28 at the Georgia Dome. The record for ticket sales and distributed for soccer in the Dome is 70,511, set during last year's Gold Cup semifinals.

The exhibition game will serve as a warm-up for this summer’s Copa America Centenario.

At No. 16 in FIFA’s world rankings, Mexico is the top team in the CONCACAF region. Paraguay is ranked No. 39.

Both teams have released 40-man provisional rosters for the tournament.

Paraguay's includes Seattle standout Nelson Valdez, as well as several players for Club America in Liga MX.
