The Atlanta Braves’ No. 4 prospect Mike Soroka struck out a career-high of 12 batters Wednesday..

At 19 years old, Soroka has earned a 2.38 ERA in 18 starts for the Mississippi Braves.

The right-handed Soroka pitched seven innings and gave up two hits in Wednesday's 3-2 win over the Biloxi Shuckers.

Rated the No. 64 overall prospect, Soroka pitched during the All-Star Futures Game on July 9.
