After 17 years on the air, Mike Greenberg and Mike Golic of ESPN’s morning talk show “Mike & Mike” will dissolve their partnership later this year.

The co-hosts jointly announced the news on the show on Tuesday.

"For me, it's not my story to tell," Golic said about the breakup. "I'm going to continue doing this exact same show. It's for other to tell who made this decision and if they want to tell it, how they want to tell it. So, not my story to tell. Basically as Greeney said, this show will go on. We don't know how long into this year."

Greenberg is expected to pursue another project while Golic said he will be joined on the radio show by ESPN’s Trey Wingo and Golic's son, Mike.
