Rapper Gucci Mane thanked the Atlanta Falcons on social media for drafting former Alabama wide receiver Calvin Ridley.

The Falcons first-round pick had 55 receptions for 896 yards and three touchdowns last season for the Crimson Tide.

In 2011, the Falcons drafted fellow former Alabama wide receiver Julio Jones with the sixth overall pick.
