Boston Celtics center Kelly Olynyk became an unrestricted free agent on Tuesday after the Celtics renounced the 7-foot center’s qualifying offer, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski‏.

USA Today’s Sam Amick reported the Atlanta Hawks and Indiana Pacers were on the short list of landing spots.

A four-year veteran out of Gonzaga, Olynyk averaged nine points, 4.8 rebounds and two assists per game last season with the Celtics.
