Eight players remain after two more rounds of match play at the U.S. Mid-Amateur tournament on Wednesday at Atlanta’s Capital City Club Crabapple Course.

Top seed Bradford Tilley, of Easton, Conn. advanced with two victories, including a 2-up win in the Round of 16. Also advancing to the quarterfinals were Matt Parziale (Brockton, Mass.), Dan Sullivan (Pasadena, Calif.), Joshua Irving (Dallas, Texas), Tyler Crawford (Indio, Calif.), Mark Harrell (Lookout Mountain, Ga.), Scott Anderson (Columbus, Ohio) and Josh Nichols (Kernersville, N.C.).

The tournament concludes with a 36-hole final on Friday.
