Georgia’s Yante Maten named SEC Player of the Week

Georgia’s Yante Maten was named the SEC Player of the Week after his performance in wins over Georgia Tech and Temple, the SEC announced Tuesday.

Averaging 27 points and nine rebounds in the two-game stretch, the junior from Pontiac, Mich.  joined Georgia’s top-10 career leaders in points and rebounds.
