Georgia State guard Trae Goldston, who scored a season-high 28 points in the Panthers' 20-point win over Georgia Southern Dec. 22, is the Colonial Athletic Conference player of the week.

Goldston a 6-foot senior, also scored 22 points in a victory over Eastern Michigan and shot 11 for 16 from three-point range in the two victories. Georgia State (7-6) next plays Towson Saturday at the GSU Sports Arena.
