Washington Redskins running back Keith Marshall and teammate Rob Kelley performed a random act of kindness this week at a local GameStop.
In a post on Facebook, a user named Joey Snapp wrote he witnessed the two NFL players speak with a child in a GameStop who said he wanted an Xbox for his birthday, but his parents couldn’t afford one.
Marshall and Snapp told the boy they wanted to buy him one for his birthday after the boy checked with his parents.
Snapp wrote Marshall spoke to the boy’s mother saying, “Ma’am, my name is Keith Marshall and this is Rob Kelley and we play for the Washington Redskins and we would love to buy your son an Xbox One for his birthday”.

Marshall played for the University of Georgia from 2012-15 and was selected by the Redskins in the seventh round of the 2016 NFL Draft.
