Ticketmaster has extended a deal that will make it the exclusive online ticketing partner for the Atlanta Falcons and United when they open up Mercedes-Benz Stadium in August.

Under the deal, AMB Sports & Entertainment -- the investment management and support services entity for Falcons/United owner Arthur Blank’s businesses -- will use Ticketmaster both for listing tickets and for providing fans with an online resale marketplace where tickets will be verified.

AMBSE said that the data Ticketmaster provides will help them identify and engage with customers and potential customers.

The first game at the new stadium is scheduled for Aug. 26, when the Falcons host the Arizona Cardinals in a preseason NFL game.
