Rams coach McVay celebrates 33rd birthday while preparing for Super Bowl
Rams coach Sean McVay is likely celebrating his 33rd birthday in the most unique way - preparing to coach his NFL team in the Super Bowl.
McVay turned 33 Jan. 24 and will be the youngest head coach in Super Bowl history when his Los Angeles Rams face the New England Patriots Feb. 3 in Super Bowl LIII at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Patriots coach Bill Belichick, 66, is twice as old as McVay and won the first of his five Super Bowls while McVay was playing high school football in metro Atlanta at the Marist School.
