The NFL reports that during his yearlong suspension, Gordon will serve as a goodwill ambassador for an auto group based in Randolph, Ohio, which includes a Ford and Chevrolet dealership.

As an ambassador, Gordon will learn different facets of the car-selling business, including spending time as a car salesman.

He will also work with the Wounded Warriors Project.

Selling cars was not Gordon’s idea. He wanted to play in the Canadian Football League, but is prohibited from doing so per league regulations.

Gordon is set to begin his new job this weekend, as the Browns prepare to play their first game of the season. There’s no word on how long the gig is supposed to last.
