With the Falcons season on the line, the Falcons receive a shot of good news with the return of wide receiver Harry Douglas to practice on Thursday.

Douglas (foot), who hasn’t practiced in nearly four weeks, practice at the Arsenal Football Club training ground. He had a conditioning run on Wednesday and was limited in practice.

The Falcons struggling offense could receive a boost if Douglas doesn’t have a setback and can play against the Lions on Sunday in Wembley Stadium.

Wide receiver Julio Jones (ankle) and left guard Justin Blalock (back), who were limited on Wednesday, were full participants. Linebacker Prince Shembo (knee) remained limited in practice.

Defensive tackle Jonathan Babineaux (foot) remained out of practice.

Douglas, who has 12 catches for 121 yards and one touchdowns, was injured in the third game of the season against Tampa Bay and has been inactive for the past four games.

Babineaux has started six of 7 games this season and has 11 tackles and one for a loss, according to the Falcons’ coaches film review stats.

Jonathan Massaquoi, who’s put together two strong games, is listed behind Babineaux on the team’s depth chart.
