Falcons veteran linebacker Sean Weatherspoon, who’s coming back from an Achilles injury, was declared inactive for the Jets’ game on Sunday after re-signing with the team on Tuesday.

Falcons defensive coordinator Marquand Manuel said that Weatherspoon had to get back into football playing shape.

Wide receiver Nick Williams, cornerback Blidi Wreh-Wilson, linebacker Duke Riley, linebacker Jordan Tripp, offensive guard Sean Harlow and offensive tackle Austin Pasztor were also declared inactive.

The Jets inactives: quarterback Christian Hackenberry, wide receiver ArDarius Stewart, cornerback Buster Skrine, linebacker Obum Gwacham, tackle Brandon Shell and tight end Jordan Leggett.
