Falcons cornerback Jalen Collins, who returned to the active roster after serving his four-game suspension for using performance enhancing drugs, was declared inactive for Sunday’s game against the Denver Broncos.

The Falcons, who are expecting the Broncos to rely heavily on their running game with rookie quarterback Paxton Lynch starting, kept defensive tackle Courtney Upshaw active instead.

The other inactive players for the Falcons included linebacker Deion Jones, linebacker Paul Worrilow, linebacker De’Vondre Campbell, offensive guard Mike Person, offensive guard Wes Schweitzer and tight end Joshua Perkins.

The Broncos declared inactives: Quarterback Trevor Siemian, safety Justin Simmons, cornerback Kayvon Webster, offensive guard Connor McGovern, offensive tackle Donald Stephenson, tight end Virgil Green and outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware.
