Here are five things to know about the Falcons this week:

1. Phase one. The Falcons are set to start "phase one" of their "voluntary" offseason program today.

2. Schedule coming. The league is set to release the regular season schedule on Tuesday. Here are the Falcons' opponents --  Home: Saints, Bucs, Panthers, Rams, Seahawks, Eagles, Jaguars and Titans. Away: Saints, Bucs, Panthers, Cardinals, 49ers, Vikings, Colts and Texans.

3. Visitors. The Falcons are set to host defensive line Chris Odom and offensive tackle Ulrick John today.

4. Pre-draft preview. Falcons general manager Thomas Dimitroff and head coach Dan Quinn will meet with the media on Thursday for the team's pre-draft press conference.

5. Draft series. We'll take a look at the Falcons' needs by position for the upcoming draft with a five-part series that will start on Friday.
