The Falcons listed star wide receiver Julio Jones as probable to play against the Saints on Thursday night, a status that indicates a 75 percent chance of playing.

Jones was limited by a sore hamstring during Sunday’s victory against the Redskins. He’s had extensive therapy for the hamstring since then, including ice and electric stimulation, but said he’s mostly been resting.

The Falcons said Jones participated in today’s light practice on a limited basis before the team traveled to New Orleans. Coach Dan Quinn said Jones needed time to get in sync with quarterback Matt Ryan.

Jones lacked his usual quickness against the Redskins. He said Tuesday that he still can be valuable for the Falcons even if he’s not 100 percent.

“If I can go, I am going to go,” Jones said. “I am going to have to be really down bad not to go out there and play. If I feel like I am putting myself in danger as far as going out there and not being able to make a defender miss, then I won’t go. If I feel like I can do that and help my team by drawing coverage and doing my job, I’m going to go.”

Falcons running back Devonta Freeman (toe) and wide receiver Leonard Hankerson (ribs) are listed as probable to play against the Saints after both players participated fully in today’s light practice.

Falcons center Mike Person (ankle) and linebacker Justin Durant (elbow) are out. Person will be replaced in the starting lineup by James Stone. Nate Stupar is set to fill in for Durant for the second straight game.
