Alabama safety Landon Collins, who’s projected as the top safety in the draft, said he met with the Atlanta Falcons on Friday night at the scouting combine.

“The system that we run in the same that they run in the NFL,” said Collins on Saturday. “I am able to explain the defenses in the team’s terms.”

Alabama used Collins in run-support when they played him closer to the line of scrimmage.

“You have to be tough down there and be accountable,” Collins said.

He compared his style of play to Seattle safety Kam Chancellor.
