Here’s what Matt Ryan had to say about the Falcons’ matchup against the Jaguars, scheduled for 1 p.m. Sunday at Mercedes-Benz Stadium:

Q: What’s the best way to prepare for Jacksonville?

A: The No. 1 thing for us offensively is handling their defensive line. They're extremely productive, they've got some talented players. We've got to slow down and neutralize their pass rush and try to extend drives.

Q: Is Pro Bowler Calais Campbell the ring leader?

A: Yeah, I mean I go back to playing against him in college when he was at Miami. He's just a problem. He's very long, very good at knowing when he's not getting home, getting his hands up, batting balls down. It's tough on passing lanes. Still playing really well, extremely productive. Twelve years into it and playing well for them.

Q: A.J. Bouye from Tucker High locally is their top cornerback. How’s the rest of the secondary?

A: I think it's a group that understands that they've got guys up front that can get home and they're doing a nice job of playing aggressively in the back end. It's a good defense, for sure.
