Armstrong impressed with rookie kicker Rose

Falcons rookie kicker Nick Rose, who booted an 80-yard field goal in practice while in college, has impressed special-teams coordinator Keith Armstrong.
Rose and veteran Matt Bryant took turns in the field goal drill during OTAs on Monday.
“Big leg,” Armstrong said Wednesday. “He looked nice. He looked good. Big leg. Big, strong leg. He’s going to work on his consistency, but he’s a good kid and a good kicker.”
