Atlanta Braves outfielder Ender Inciarte and pitcher Julio Teheran landed on Sporting News’ ranking of Baseball’s Top Young Players.

The 26-year-old Inciarte landed at the No. 31 spot after his second season with the Braves.

“The fleet-footed center fielder wasn’t the prize in the trade that sent him to Atlanta — hi Shelby Miller and Dansby Swanson! — but he’s been the best player by a long shot thanks to a potent bat and elite defense,” Sporting News wrote.

In 662 at bats, Inciarte averaged .304 with 201 hits, 93 runs, 11 home runs and 57 RBI.

Teheran, also 26 years old, landed the No. 45 spot.

“The durable Teheran was the Braves' future atop their rotation before his poor 2017,” Sporting News wrote. “Age and an inexpensive contract are his best attributes now.”

In his seventh season with the Braves, Teheran pitched 32 games allowing 186 hits, 31 home runs, 72 walks and 151 strikeouts.
