Atlanta Dream guard Tiffany Hayes was named the WNBA Eastern Conference Player of the Week for her performance during the week of July 30-Aug. 5.

Earning her third Player of the Week honor this season, Hayes led the Eastern Conference in scoring last week, averaging 21.7 points, three rebounds and two assists.

The former Connecticut Husky also shot 53.3 percent from the field and 47.6 beyond the arc as the Dream went 2-1 over the past seven days.

Hayes shared Player of the Week honors with Los Angeles Sparks forward Candace Parker who was named WNBA Western Conference Player of the Week for her performance from July 30 through Aug. 5.
