Wide receiver Jeremiah Payton of Neptune Beach, Fla., reports a scholarship offer to play football at Georgia Tech in 2019.

Payton announced the offer, his sixth, on his Twitter page Monday, writing "Blessed to receive an offer from Georgia Tech."

In addition to his Tech offer, Payton has offers from North Carolina, Central Michigan, South Alabama, Charlotte and Southern Mississippi, according to his Twitter page.

A 6-foot-3, 180-pound sophomore at Duncan U. Fletcher High School, Payton posted Sunday on Twitter about a visit to Florida. No formal offer from the Gators has been announced.

In Payton’s video highlight reel, the wide receiver opens with a clip demonstrating his athletic ability where Payton leaps to catch an overthrown pass and runs it 35 yards for a touchdown. On the high school level, Payton demonstrates he is unafraid to create blocks for his teammates.

So far in Payton’s senior season, the Fletcher Senators are 6-0, most recently coming off a 28-0 win over First Coast High School in Jacksonville, Fla. The Senators will continue their unbeaten season against Columbia High School in Lake City, Fla., on Friday night.
