Alabama's meeting against Georgia in Athens will kick off at 3:30 p.m. Oct. 3, according to the SEC.

The game will be broadcast on CBS. The Bulldogs are 46-33-1 all time on games televised by the network.

This will be Georgia's second appearance on CBS this season. The Bulldogs defeated Vanderbilt in Nashville in the second game of the season - a 31-14 Bulldogs win.

Georgia (3-0) is ranked No. 7 in the AP poll. Alabama (2-1) slumped to No. 12 after its home loss to Ole Miss.

Georgia is 25-37-4 against Alabama. The Bulldogs have lost their last two meetings against the Crimson Tide, including a 32-28 loss in the 2012 SEC Championship Game.
