What to watch
- The No. 21 Yellow Jackets (16-6, 4-4) are trying to rebound from their worst loss of the season, an 86-67 loss Thursday at Duke. Both Gani Lawal and Derrick Favors were in foul trouble early and combined for 13 points in 40 minutes.
- Tech is 3-1 at Alexander Memorial Coliseum this season in ACC play and 1-3 on the road in the ACC.
- State is tied with Miami (2-6) in last place in the league, having lost five of its last eight games.
