Three-star shooting guard Jamal King unofficially visited Georgia Tech Tech on Saturday, according to Ram Prospects.

King, a 6-foot-4, 207-pound sophomore from Wayne County Day School in Goldsboro, N.C., is listed as 247Sports’ 10th highest 2019 recruit in the state of North Carolina and at No. 20 on top shooting guards for 2019.

King unofficially visited Connecticut on Friday, according to 247 Sports.

With interest in NC State, King has drawn interest from Ohio State and Maryland, according to Ram Prospects.

The Wayne Chargers will begin their season on Nov. 15 against Neuse Christian Academy in Raleigh, NC.

In King's highlight package from his freshman season at Wayne County Day, the 6-foot freshman's height proves an advantage on the high school level. King's height allows him to tower over opponents at the rim and shoot over protection along the arc. Against high school opponents that match his dimensions, King still demonstrates skill in shooting and waiting for open looks.
