KSU’s Henkle earns Big South Conference award

Nov 2, 2015Kennesaw State’s Taylor Henkle was named the Big South Conference’s freshman of the week on Monday.
Henkle, a safety, had nine tackles, an interception and two passes defensed in Saturday’s 23-13 victory over Monmouth at Fifth Third Bank Stadium.
The Owls (6-2, 2-1) clinched a winning record with the victory. They will host Charleston Southern (7-1, 4-0) on Saturday at Fifth Third Bank Stadium.
