Georgia State vs. Wisconsin a noon start

Georgia State’s football game at Wisconsin on Sept. 17 will kick off at noon.
It will be televised on the Big Ten Network.
This will be the Panthers’ first game against a team from that conference. Georgia State went 6-7 last season and played in its first bowl game, the Cure Bowl in Orlando.
The Badgers went 10-3 and won the Holiday Bowl.
