Ryan Harrow will play in Georgia State’s men’s basketball game at Georgia Southern on Thursday.

The Sun Belt was reviewing the technical foul Harrow received — it was his seventh this season — in last week’s win against Arkansas State.

Conference commissioner Karl Benson said on Wednesday that Harrow was cleared to play.

Harrow, who leads Georgia State with 20.6 points per game, was suspended for a game earlier this season after picking up his sixth technical.

The Panthers (15-7, 8-3) trail the Eagles (15-4, 8-2) by one-half game in the conference.
