CLEMSON AT GEORGIA

When: 5:30 p.m. Saturday

TV: ESPN

The line: Georgia by 7 1/2

WHAT TO EXPECT

Georgia on offense: Quarterback Hutson Mason will make his debut as a season-opening starter. Mason went 1-1 as the starter after Aaron Murray was injured last season. He'll play behind a revamped offensive line that features new starters at three positions and will miss wideouts Malcolm Mitchell and Justin Scott-Wesley. Todd Gurley and four other tailbacks will be present, however.

Clemson on offense: Cole Stoudt will make his debut as a starting quarterback. The senior played the past four seasons as a backup to Tajh Boyd. The Tigers feature four returning starters on the line but will miss David Beasley, who is one of four players suspended.

Georgia on defense: The Bulldogs return seven starters on defense but only one of significance in the secondary. At least three defensive backs could make a first start or make a college debut. But Georgia will balance that with a strong front seven and one of the better linebacker corps in the nation.

Clemson on defense: The Tigers will bring one of the more formidable defensive fronts Georgia will face. DE Vic Beasley had 13 sacks and 23 tackles for loss last season, including two in last year's win over the Bulldogs. They'll be without DE Corey Crawford, who's suspended.
